FAQ

Before you call

How fast do I get the photos?

Edited stills are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of the flight. Video edits usually take 2–3 business days. Rush turnaround is available — ask when you request a quote.

Is flying a drone over my property legal?

Yes, when it's done under the FAA's Part 107 rules: under 400 feet, in good visibility, with authorization for controlled airspace. Parts of our area sit under Wilmington (ILG) and Philadelphia airspace — we request LAANC authorization from the FAA before those flights.

Are you certified and insured?

FAA Part 107 certified and insured. Certificates of insurance are available on request before any job.

What areas do you cover?

Southern Chester County, Wilmington and northern Delaware, Cecil County MD, and the Lake Wallenpaupack region of the Poconos. See the Service Area page for towns; jobs outside it are often possible.

How is pricing set?

Every job is quoted up front based on property size, what's being captured and turnaround. No surprise fees — the quote you approve is the price you pay.

What if the weather is bad?

We don't fly in rain, high wind or low visibility. If conditions aren't safe, we reschedule to the next workable day at no charge.

Do adjusters need to be on site?

No. Share the address and claim reference, and we'll deliver labeled imagery you can drop straight into the file.
