Agreement
By using sepelaaerial.com or engaging Sepela Aerial (a DBA of Sepela Holdings LLC) for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Services
Sepela Aerial provides commercial drone photography, video, and property documentation services. All flights are conducted under FAA 14 CFR Part 107. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any job due to unsafe weather, airspace restrictions, or other conditions.
Quotes and payment
A quote is not a binding contract until confirmed in writing by Sepela Aerial. Pricing is as quoted and agreed prior to the service date.
Rescheduling and cancellation
We reserve the right to reschedule any flight due to unsafe weather or airspace conditions at no charge to the client. Client cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your quote.
Deliverables and intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a license to use the delivered photos and video for the purpose specified at booking. Sepela Aerial retains the right to use imagery in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the service date.
SMS terms
Sepela Aerial sends text messages only as internal alerts to the business owner. We do not send text messages to customers or website visitors. Message and data rates may apply to the recipient. Message frequency is low. The recipient can reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Sepela Aerial does not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
Sepela Aerial carries liability insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes shall be resolved in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
